Our Garden
The wonderful outdoor area, rich in greenery, is perfectly organized to host high-standard events. Weddings and baptisms full of joy and good cheer, successful corporate events, small and large social gatherings, live BBQs, parties, brunches, finger food cocktails, and many other events can be hosted at Ktima Diamond with absolute success.
The outdoor area has a capacity of 350 seated guests or up to 600 standing guests for cocktail-style events.
The lush nature surrounding Ktima Diamond enchants every guest with its beauty. The specially lit water fence that surrounds the outdoor area creates a romantic atmosphere and awakens all the senses.
A beautiful lake with an artificial waterfall adorns the estate’s exterior, delighting visitors with the soothing sound of water. The entire outdoor space is decorated with ribbons, candles, fabrics, and lanterns.
Ιn case of bad weather conditions, our Estate has an indoor room, fully air- conditioned, with natural light and opening windows.
The Hall
Ktima Diamond has a hall, decorated in country chic style with many vintage elements. The air-conditioned hall seats up to 200 seated or 350 standing guests in a cocktail party (expandability with awnings).
The interior is fully harmonized with the exterior green environment and includes bar, reception lounge with comfortable lounge sofas, dressing room and an artium with wonderful views of Rema Chelidonous in Nea Kifissia.
The hall ensures successful event even in extraordinary weather conditions.
It is possible to open the glass walls of peripheral space, allowing guests to enjoy the splendor of nature all year.
The interior of the estate has been configured so as to have natural light throughout the day.
From any point of the hall and that you sit you can enjoy the garden of the estate by the glass walls that surround it.
During the winter months the cosiness of the interior is indisputable, as the handmade carpets, the comfortable lobby lounge, a decorative fireplace, a lovely library, the old gramophone, many antique and very meticulous belongings, make you feel like home.

The Diamond property offers luxurious living room with bathroom and balcony for freshening up of the newlyweds and / or for the care of your baby.
Room decoration with earthy colors and vintage items are ideal for your photography.
The room is configured to cover the idea of preparation of the Groom or Bride, before the ceremony.
We provide full service and mini buffet with delicious finger food delicacies for your friends and relative who will be present in the preparation.
From the balcony of the romantic room you can enjoy both the magnificent view and your honorary guests present (during summer months) in the outdoor area of the reception.
BBQ
At the yard of the estate against a background of lush vegetation, we created the modern BBQ for live cooking.Around the BBQ tables and garden furniture are available, for you to enjoy the nature. This is an opportunity to organize the reception of your dreams in a friendly environment. Your guests participating in their own way with the preparation of meals and they feel like they are in the backyard of your house.
